Project Overview

This project involves the redevelopment of a prominent Brisbane CBD site, integrating a new 52-storey hotel tower with the restoration of the historic Victory Hotel. The development creates a high-density hospitality destination, combining hotel accommodation, dining, wellness and public spaces within a constrained urban and heritage context. E-LAB is supporting the project to balance heritage preservation with the delivery of a contemporary, high-performing asset. The design approach elevates the tower above the existing structure, maintaining the prominence of the heritage building while enabling a large-scale vertical development that responds to growing demand for premium accommodation in the city.
