The Mordialloc Aquatic and Leisure Centre is a landmark community facility designed to support the physical, mental, and social wellbeing of the City of Kingston. Located at 76 Governor Road, the centre forms a key civic hub, integrating with the surrounding reserve to create a connected and accessible community precinct. The facility includes multiple pools, wellness and fitness spaces, and social areas, supported by modern amenities and public spaces. The project is driven by strong sustainability, accessibility, and long-term performance goals, shaped through extensive community consultation and aligned with Council’s vision for an inclusive, future-ready facility.
