Hanwha Defence Australia

H-ACE Stage 2

Acoustic design for a high-security defence facility, supporting specialised infrastructure with compliant, low-noise, high-performance environments.

Project Overview

H-ACE Stage 2 expands Hanwha Defence Australia’s Armoured Vehicle Centre of Excellence at Avalon, Victoria. The project increases capacity across the 32,000sqm facility to support manufacturing of Redback Infantry Fighting Vehicles for the Australian Defence Force. The development includes highly specialised infrastructure such as an EMI/EMC chamber, enclosed firing range, additional production line, storage facilities, and heavy wash-down areas. All elements are delivered within a complex, high-security industrial environment with strict operational and compliance requirements.
