Project Overview

The Cairncross Dockyard Project is a major defence infrastructure redevelopment, establishing a world-class ship sustainment hub to support maritime operations in Queensland. The project brings together complex operational, security, and performance requirements within a highly controlled environment. E-LAB was engaged to support the design and certification of modular administration buildings within the precinct. These facilities required strict alignment with defence standards while maintaining functionality, performance, and delivery efficiency.
