The project involved a staged residential subdivision at 1960 Princes Highway, Trafalgar, delivered across eight stages. Located adjacent to a major transport corridor, the development required careful consideration of traffic noise impacts to ensure compliance with VicRoads requirements and protect future amenity. E-LAB supported the project by assessing noise exposure and identifying practical mitigation strategies that align with planning requirements and site constraints.
